As
a special thank you to the Mt. Si Senior Center for support and
use of the facility, an open bluegrass jam will be held during
their annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. The North Bend Bluegrass Jam
is extremely grateful to the senior center community.
To help celebrate our thanks,
bluegrass musicians are invited to share their music while the
Snoqualmie Valley community comes together and celebrates Thanksgiving.
No scheduled performances,
just good ol' sharing, picking and grinning.
This is one of the senior
center's largest gatherings of community to celebrate the holiday
and each other.
Bluegrass music will waft
through the background as the community enjoys camaraderie, luncheon,
music and more.
The jam will be informal
and unfold where it can best take place. So... musicians... saddle
up a chair or your strap and pick away. It may be best to have
several jams going in different spots. Expect folks to enjoy the
music and each other.
The luncheon ends at 1:00
pm as other afternoon activities take place. The jam may or may
not extend past 1:00 pm depending on space and activities.
Questions and information
can be directed to Terry O'Brien and Mary Sackmann on the Contact
link.
Hope you can make it and
thanks for helping share bluegrass music, smiles and memories!
